1. About Our Products

Beauty Bar sells handcrafted, made-to-order wigs, unless stated otherwise.

Because our products are custom-made, small variations in color, texture, or styling may occur. These are normal and not considered defects.

2. Processing Time

All wigs are made to order and require a processing time of 5–7 business days before shipment.

Processing time starts after payment is completed and is separate from shipping time.

3. Shipping

After processing, orders are shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated shipping time:

Beauty Bar is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect address details.

4. Orders, Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production has not started.

Once production begins, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom-made and hygienic nature of our wigs, returns and refunds are not accepted, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including photos and your order number.

6. Prices & Payments

All prices are listed in EUR, unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied outside the Netherlands.

7. Liability

Beauty Bar is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, styling, or maintenance of the wigs.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. EU Consumer Information

Under EU regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products.

By placing an order, you agree to this exception.

All website content, including images, text, and branding, belongs to Beauty Bar and may not be used without permission.
