At Beauty Bar, all wigs are handcrafted and made to order.
For hygiene and customization reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds.

We will gladly assist you if:
• You received the wrong item, or
• Your item arrived defective
To report an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
Approved cases may be resolved with a repair or replacement. Refunds are only issued if a solution cannot be provided.

• Normal variations in color, texture, or styling are not considered defects
• Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible
• Return requests submitted after 48 hours cannot be accepted
